The Lord Rana Foundation Trust
The Lord Rana Foundation Charitable Trust (charity registration: RCT XR15072) was originally established with the mission of promoting charitable initiatives and peace-building efforts in Northern Ireland. Over time, the trust's vision expanded to address pressing educational needs in India. In 1997, the trust refocused its efforts, funding the refurbishment of a high school and establishing modern educational facilities in Sanghol, Punjab, near Chandigarh.
What began as a single initiative has grown into a 25-acre campus, home to multiple institutions providing comprehensive education and training. The campus now offers programs spanning from nursery to postgraduate levels, including fields such as arts, sciences, technology, and business. By fostering an environment where academic excellence and community empowerment intersect, The Lord Rana Foundation Trust continues to shape the futures of countless students, both in India and Northern Ireland.
With its commitment to social betterment and educational advancement, the trust plays a pivotal role in transforming the lives of young people, preparing them to meet global challenges and contribute meaningfully to their communities. The Trust’s impact has extended beyond traditional education, encompassing entrepreneurial development, technological training, and healthcare initiatives to support underserved communities.
